Shag End – Building sites unhampered by strict building regulations
The development on the Shag End headland covers about 2.4 million square meters. It offers more than 100 lots either directly on or in close proximity to the water with some beautiful views over the ocean.
For owners of inland lots without ocean access the development provides an open usage area with ample parking space, a small boathouse, boat slip, a floating deck, a jetty and storage space for boating equipment as a communal amenity. All these facilities can be used on a cost sharing basis. In 2022 an additional sun-downer, wooden deck was built. And even more are in a planning stage.
Flexible usage options: Acquire a parcel purely as a safe capital investment and leave the land untouched, build a holiday home, build a house and move in as an all-year resident or rent it out – it remains entirely your own decision. After you purchased a lot you decide on any future development.
There is no obligation to develop your lot or build anything on your land. Any future arrangements and the timing thereof are solely at the owners’s discretion. The owner has full flexibility and he/she determines the starting time for construction of a building.
